The fachai platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, and contact details — is accurate, current, and belongs to you. Each person is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. fachai reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable regulations.
All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account once the payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, and are subject to identity verification before release. fachai does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any funds deposited must be used for entertainment purposes on the platform and may not be transferred to third parties. All bets placed on the fachai platform are final once confirmed, and no cancellations will be accepted after a wager has been submitted. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balances or promotional credits will be forfeited, though verified real-money balances will be returned to the player after any necessary investigations are completed. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team, and any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal in the normal manner.
